Who We Are

Welcome to Rahmah Centre Inc, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to empowering youth and serving the Muslim community in Regina, SK.

Our mission is to inspire and support the younger generation, fostering their personal and spiritual growth while strengthening the bonds within our diverse community. We believe in the power of unity, education, and service to achieve positive change in our society.
Our organization is driven by a philosophy deeply rooted in Islamic values and principles. We are committed to nurturing the intellectual, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our youth, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the challenges of the modern world while staying true to their faith. Through mentorship, educational programs, and community engagement, we aim to create a supportive environment that encourages leadership, selflessness, and a strong sense of identity and purpose.
As an organization, we are guided by the principles of compassion, inclusivity, and social responsibility. Programs:
At Rahmah Centre, we are committed to providing a wide array of educational programs and classes designed to foster personal and spiritual growth within our community. Our offerings encompass a variety of subjects and cater to different age groups, ensuring access to valuable knowledge and a deeper connection with Islamic teachings. Here's an overview of our programs:

1. Weekend Quran Classes: Saturdays- Sundays between 10:30am - 1:30pm

• Objective: These classes are dedicated to teaching the Quranic recitation, Tajweed
(correct pronunciation), and the understanding of Quranic verses. We aim to instill a
deep love and respect for the Quran in our students and help them build a strong
foundation in their Islamic education

2. Weekday Classes: Monday to Friday between 6pm-8pm.

• Objective: These classes are designed to provide a comprehensive Islamic education for

both children and adults. Students learn about various aspects of Islamic faith, practice,
and history. The objective is to develop a well-rounded understanding of Islam and its
relevance to everyday life.

3. Sister Classes:

• Objective: Our sister classes are tailored to the needs of women in the community.
These classes offer a safe and supportive space for sisters to learn about their faith,
personal development, and engage in discussions about contemporary issues from an
Islamic perspective. The goal is to empower and educate women to lead meaningful
lives in accordance with Islamic principles.

4. Islamic Studies Classes:

• Objective: These classes focus on delving deeper into Islamic theology, jurisprudence,
and history. They are aimed at individuals who wish to gain a more profound
understanding of their faith and explore complex topics. The objective is to equip
students with the knowledge and critical thinking skills needed to address the
complexities of contemporary issues through an Islamic lens.
All our programs and classes are facilitated by experienced and knowledgeable instructors who are passionate about nurturing the spiritual and intellectual growth of our community members.
